

Yoga, and OF in particular, has had a profound effect on me. I, a person with an anxiety disorder, was looking for a way to relieve my stress and anxiety. By the way how do you relieve your stress ? 🙈 Btw these are the practices that help me the most. After yoga practice I catch myself thinking that I don't want to leave the mat. I have never felt such peace before. Sometimes I want to stay on the mat for the whole day, and such a feeling is very rare, have you done any practices too? DM me 😈😘
