

I've been thinking - it's been so long since I've been to the gym, and it used to bring so much joy and energy! 💪✨ Is it worth it to start exercising again? 🤔
On the one hand, I realize that physical activity is uplifting and empowering, but on the other hand, I don't know how to force myself. Maybe some of you have experienced this condition too? How did you get back into an exercise regimen? 🏃♀️💖
