As hard as I try to visit new places, I fall into the run of visiting my favorite few places over and over again because it seems like there’s always another day for a new restaurant adventure. This time, one of my favorite people on here, invited me & my girlfriend for lunch at Aman hotel Tokyo and I just had to share. It reminded me that I really do need to take better advantage in a city full of great restaurants! The Hamaguri clam sformato was so refreshing for an early summer afternoon 🤤 💕 I just generally love how carefully and sophisticatedly food was prepared on the plate. And the cotoletta. Oh. My. God.
