

***💤 A few of my effective pre-bedtime rituals to sleep more soundly:***
1. I try not to eat 4 hours before bedtime so that I don't feel heavy in my stomach.
2. In the evening, an hour before bedtime, I go for a walk to get some fresh air and get a little tired.
3. And right before bedtime, I try to bring myself to sexual pleasure, so that sleep will definitely be sweet and healthy ⛅️
