

Part 1
So I got up early this morning and went for a walk in the woods to do a bit of yoga and some quiet reflection. I just love how the bluebells are out still and the weather is getting warmer. The air is so nice and refreshing first thing in the morning on my skin.
But I always make sure I stretch as tall as I can be before I start exercising and I find using a tree is the best way to stretch as much as possible. It was so peaceful and still this morning just me and the wildlife enjoying the dawn. At least I thought everyone else was still asleep it was so early. When I heard a twig snap I just thought a deer or badger was walking around but maybe I was wrong, maybe someone else was up aswel. I shook my head and shrugged my sholders out, looked around but saw nothing.
I started my yoga with a downward dog making sure I stretched as far down as I could whilst pushing my bum as high as I could. Then I walked my hands forward and lowered my body onto the floor and took up the upward dog position making sure to push my cold and hard nipples as far forward as possible. The cold soil pushing up in between my legs. I rotated up to sitting and linked my arms under my legs, lifting them off the floor as I assumed the flower pose. I could feel all the cool air rushing round my legs and pussy.
I took a deep breath in, breathing in all the morning air I could and thinking of how amazing it felt against my body. Then another twig snapped...
