I have an autoimmune disorder (that I've had for years) Rheumatoid arthritis. That is tricky enough to live with, but unfortunately I have developed another health issue where my heart races whenever I am upright. I am having some tests, like a 24 hour heart monitor on Sunday, and what they think it is can be reasonably managed with meds. Hoping as soon as I start them I'll feel much better, but until then I have palpitations, breathlessness and fatigue as my body and brain is often not getting enough oxygen when I'm standing or walking. I am at risk of fainting. I have some content left from last week, and I'm hoping I might be able to make something tonight or tomorrow night. Apologies in advance if I'm not able to. Will keep you updated 😘😘
