I still unfortunately have the same health issues, and waited like 8 months to see the specialist, and still not on treatment yet. But, that being said I know more about what's going on, and the weathers been warmer so that helps my joint pain. And I've started working out again 😊 Basically, this post is just to say please bear with me, as I'm not in peak physical shape or stamina 🤣 I had to come back as I missed this so much, but I still have symptoms that will be a challenge to manage. There won't be much dancing I'm afraid cause I could literally pass out! I'll give this my best shot though 🙌 😋 💋
