

Getting there! I have to say that I greatly underestimated the impact that aging would have on the rate at which I can change my body composition. I’m noticing that my body is triggered much more by how I train and what I eat than it used to be a couple years ago. Definitely a bit more of a challenge but I’m still making progress and figuring out this new puzzle. Doesn’t help that I’ve been crazy busy lately too unlike previous years😅 but NO EXCUSES though! I’m on it and getting a little leaner every day.. (ok.. most days 😂🤷♂️)
