I'll be setting up a group to track all of you locked boys and will be doing a progressive fitness challenge so you can end up with a better body by the time Nov 1st rolls around and it's time to empty your balls for me.
Workout will be simple bodyweight movements so don't worry if you don't have a gym or personal equipment.
