There is nothing wrong with the recording on my end as I proofed it before I sent it out so there isn't much I can do beyond sending you another one. It could be the file size since it's over 2 hours long, your internet connection, I can't say. Please let me know if any of the content you purchase gives you issues as I have no problem sending another copy and I would like to be made aware!
