So I had a very eventful night you guys. Last night around 9, a friend called me and said they found two kittens in a taped up shoebox in the dumpster, but she wasn’t able to keep them. So I went and got the poor kittens to bring them home for the night. They’re barely 2-3 weeks old, can’t even walk steadily yet. Idk what disgusting fuck left them there to die, but I’m just so glad the kittens were found before it was too late. I grabbed some kitten milk replacement and brought the babies home, gave them a bath, fed them from a syringe, and put some old towels in the dryer so they would have something warm to sleep on. I could tell they were so tired, they knocked out right after eating. However I’m still exhausted because they had to wake up every two hours to eat throughout the night, then it would take me another 30 min to an hour to get them back to sleep. But this morning I was able to connect with a local foster who has a mom cat that can nurse the kittens for the next couple weeks until they’re ready to be adopted! I only had them for one night but I miss them already haha. Anyway, all that to say I’m taking it a little easy today so I can catch up on some sleep. I’ll still be posting a responding to messages of course! ❤️ I hope y’all have a wonderful Monday 🥰😘
