I recently had a test and it turns out I was severely low in iron and vitamin d 😅 which explains a lot about how I was feeling (tired, low energy etc). Anyway I've been on high doses of vitamin d and iron to make me feel better and I FEEL SOOOOO GOOD!!!! I'm so happy I'm getting healthy again 😊 You can really see how happy I look in these photos!!
