Between working out and just living life sometimes even keeping my routine is a struggle, but this thing alone has made a big difference! This is not an advertisement and I am not sponsored by them, but my back cracks every time I use it, and I just thought I would share for anybody else that suffers from lower back pain! 😁 “Chirp”
