Looking at my timetable, my uni hours for the next few weeks..
Added 2020-09-28 10:56:28 +0000 UTCLooking at my timetable, my uni hours for the next few weeks seem to be (in UK time) Monday 10:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:00, Tuesday 10:00-13:00, Wednesday 10:00-13:00, Thursday 10:00-11:00, 11:30-13:00 and 14:00-16:00. At these times, I will most likely not be able to reply to messages (depending on how distracted I get in class). On busier days (currently Monday's and Thursday's) I will most likely reply in the morning and before I go to bed, and then queue a post for the day and be less active to give myself time to catch up on chores/have a life.
I intend to give myself one day off a week where I may not reply at all but still queue a post to upload. This is so I don't get burnt out, as already I have a mountain of things to do for my studying. I will make a status in the morning (and probably reply to messages then) to indicate when this day will be. On days I have off university, I will be able to be more active on here which is awesome :).
Replying to messages when I'm busy is something I've always struggled. I'm currently ignoring a lot of facebook messages from old friends because I don't have the time or energy right now. So I'm hoping putting these steps in place will allow me to be able to manage my time more effectively and still continue to enjoy doing this as much as I do! I need to make a plan for how to manage customs, but for now that will be all.
