



I got my marching (squatting?) orders from @karlmillerxxx for today’s leg work out. anyone want to see? First I want you to do lunges/squats with weighted nipple clamps and ball weights. Keep going til you’ve worked up a sweat. Then increase the weight on the clamps 😈 On your knees arms behind your head. Take a deep sniff of each pit and thank your Boss for getting you sweaty. You are then to slowly lower yourself on a long but thin toy. Work it into your hole, use your pits as poppers to help you work to the base. Once you are stretched you are to switch you a short but thick plug. Ideally something heavy. Gag yourself with a ripe jock and work on taking the plug but now with rapid movements so that the clamps and weights swing. Once you can take the toy quickly I want bigger movements so that the toy completely leaves and enters your hole. I want you to make your hole gape for me and I want to hear your moans through the gag. If you can make yourself cum just by riding the plug you are allowed to shoot but you must then rub your beard in the load and thank Boss for letting you cum.
