Basically, all the things that feel good and fun about being in a human body. It’s not just happy feelings it’s ALL the feelings. It feels good to feel. To feel happiness, nervousness, pain, grief, joy, excitement, flirtation, curiosity, melancholy…all of it. Too much of any one emotion or sensation is overwhelming. Embracing all of it though and allowing it to move through and pass away feels good. My artwork is my main way of moving emotions through and out of my body. I write, sing, paint, breathe, and dance. I also practice yoga, workout and talk long walks. I connect with the elements deeply to receive support from Mother Earth. This is all the energy going into my work and I’m happy to share it with you. Online I mainly share my most playful parts and I also share insights and wisdom from the darker moments.
