






WHOOP WHOOP! -- Do you wear a fitness or sleep tracker? Last summer I started wearing an Oura ring (it's the thick gold band I'm usually wearing on my index finger). This ring specializes in sleep tracking. I invested in it because my sleep was off the charts terrible; irregular, constantly waking up, having CPTSD nightmares, switching beds almost every night etc... I don't think I've shared too much with you guys about my sleep issues yet (we can talk about it later). I got the ring to increase my awareness with hopes that the sleep would improve if I paid closer attention. This year, I'm experimenting with the Whoop wristband. My girlfriends were wearing them so I finally stopped Googling 'Fitbit' and just followed by ladies. The Whoop band is set up to be more community based so I liked the idea of a healthy competition. It specializes in fitness tracking (it also tracks sleep and the Oura ring also tracks fitness...but their each are stronger at one field of focus). When I was traveling in Asia it was challenging for me to watch my fitness routine suffer from irregularity. I didn't always have a gym nearby, the changing diet and environments threw off my focus and energy levels, I got a bit lazy and stressed by bad internet etc... So I gained a few pounds and started to feel bloated and uncomfortable in my body. You guys went through all these changes with me. Determined to love my body as it evolves through many phases, I continue to choose creativity! If my old fitness habits aren't working for me anymore, what new fun ways can I workout?
