

naked yoga class TIME: 8am Monday Bangkok (3/27/23) 2am Monday London 6pm Sunday PST (3/26/23) 9pm Sunday EST 1) make a nice relaxing environment: clean up your shit, light a candle, burn some incense, pour a cup of tea, get naked or or wear comfy clothes, grab cushions and blanket or any yoga props 2) show up ready to stretch slowly and unwind the tension into a puddle of pleasure. We’re doing somatic yin yoga and breath meditation. I’ll guide you through. I promise you’ll feel better afterwards. 3) I’ll send the replay PPV so you can practice this class again on your own this week.
