








at we’re at the pool again… my favorite spot to send a little checkin video for you! I have had such an exciting day creating!!!!! All my resting has got me busing with creative energy again. Also tons of energy coming from consistent workouts, yoga, green juice, walking, meditation, amazing quality food and eating lighter, lots of water, less caffeine…. It all combines and the energy starts rising!!!! Also…remember that resting and slowing down only helps you speed up later and function better. Don’t force yourself to keep pushing. If you feel jazzed, keep going. If you feel you’re “pushing” ease off and rest. Think how silly it would be to “force” your phone to keep working when it says 5% battery left. It doesn’t work. It just burns out faster and DIES. Charge yourself back up! Yoga is a great way to pass a little, superboost the battery. You??? Checkin …. What are you most excited to create right now??
