After this livestream I ended up writing for two hours straight…completing approx. 8.5 pages in the book / 2,700 words. Then I wrote in my journal for 20min to process what it felt like to write that scene, how did my parts feel? That’s the therapy part of this creative process. Reflecting on what came up for ME personally from writing the book. What emotions, memories, parts of me were speaking or triggered etc… giving myself a moment to process that before moving on with the rest of the day. This is homework from my writing coach so I continue getting the inner emotional support I need while writing. Ask me your questions in the comments.
