My ADHD is adhding aggressively. Don't know if it's the extreme heat (and not the good type of heat) or my allergies not giving me a good night sleep, but I look like a walking ADHD cliche meme.

Sorry if I'm not replying or posting regularly. It's been very difficult just to remember to drink water, eat and p e e, let alone anything else beyond that.
Hope I can manage to get better in a very very near future.
