I had one little out break this evening on my inner arm but I washed it and put some lotion on it and it went away. I still am unsure what happened but I think it’s passed. Work was good, my training was good today too and I had a check in with my coach, it went decent. I get to keep my calories up for now and my cardio down. Thats a good thing! So we are still on plan for a June show. I finished the night with some basketball and now “Friends” hope you all had a wonderful day/night. ❌⭕️❌⭕️💋
