Well my rash is kinda back. Idk what it is except maybe just allergies from what’s blooming and it’s manifesting itself on my skin. Idk but it’s all I can think of.
I saw my trainer Tuesday and things are coming along except we decided to leave things alone for this week as I thought my allergic reaction was food related so I did eat properly this week.
Tomorrow night we have a bday party and this weekend we have sports events. Besides that I hope you all have a great night and start to your tomorrow
