Join me and @shawnalff for some morning nude yoga 🧘♀️ It was pouring this morning as we followed along with a deep stretch yoga video on YouTube, and it made for a very nice ambiance. It was difficult to get into the deep meditative state you should reach in yoga as I was focused on filming and getting different angles, but at the end I was able to get there as you can tell because the camera stops moving lol.
