It was summer 2023, and OMG, I’d never heard anything like that before. The DJs were amazing, the vibe was so cool, and the music — melodic techno — just hit different. I loved it right away. After that, I started going to these parties once or twice a season. My friend and I would grab cocktails, dance, and just chill. It was always🔥
A year later, super randomly, I decided to try DJing myself. A friend told me about a DJ who teaches, and I was like, “Why not?” I thought it would be really hard, but all u need is good taste in music and the will to learn. My first lesson? Just me pushing buttons, turning knobs, and getting so happy about how fun it was 😍 I was hyped and started weekly lessons.
Soon, I got my first gig at an art show with Ukrainian artists. I played Afrohouse for FOUR hours straight! Can u imagine? I was sooo nervous but also super excited. And guess what? It went great 🥳
That moment felt unreal!
After that, invites started coming in. People liked my music and messaged me to play at their events, no help or connections needed. It feels SO good to know people enjoy what I do. This whole thing started so randomly, but it turned into something amazing 💫
