Quick update I know many of you have sent DMs that I haven’t been able to respond to yet. I appreciate your patience!
Two days ago, while installing the M.2 chip into the NAS, I accidentally damaged the power supply. 🤦🏾♂️ No worries, though a replacement is already on the way and should arrive on the 22nd. Once it’s here, everything will be back up and running.
If the power supply isn’t the issue, I’ll need to return the NAS under warranty, but since it wasn’t plugged in during the power surge, it should be fine. If there is any damage, they’ll send a replacement under warranty.
I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. I’ll get back to DMs as soon as the NAS is powered up again. If I respond now, some messages might get buried, and I don’t want anyone to be overlooked in the NAS access process.
