The key to catching waves is to center yourself in the middle of the board, your center of gravity will make it break if you catch the wave. If you are too far back on the board you may not be able to drop into the wave. If you are too far forward you may nose dive and crash! But overall surfing this board really helped me catch more waves š than if you started on a more advanced board and tried to learn the hard way. š¤š¼
