

Have you ever heard of grounding? This is something I practice everyday if possible. This is where you go barefoot and connect yourself with the earths vibrations. It can help clear your energy and make you feel more “grounded” I walk around barefoot everyday down to the beach. If I miss a beach day I feel off. If you aren’t near a beach try getting outside and stepping into some grass! I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised! Let me know what you think!
