When you give yourself the space to love yourself in action, you learn to attract that love all around you. When you set a standard for the way you want to be treated, you'll stop accepting love that doesn't absolutely bring you peace and joy.
Loving yourself in action can look like this:
- taking GREAT care of your health mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally
- identifying your unique needs
- learning to communicate with yourself and others better
- speaking positive words over your life
- setting and upholding boundaries FOR YOU
- doing what you said you were going to do
- being self-disciplined
- being consistent and getting back to your mission when you fall of course
- giving yourself grace and compassion
- forgiving yourself for your past, taking accountability, and choosing to do better
- distancing yourself from people and spaces that do not embrace you, strive to understand you, take without giving, and ultimately make you feel bad about yourself for illegitimate reasons
