Added 2023-10-14 19:07:19 +0000 UTCstraddle is amazing for mobility, strength and flexibility. I do this at least 3 times a day and I’m starting to see huge improvements in my flexibility, although, like lifting, you have to progressively push the boundaries otherwise you can injure yourself. 🤸🏽♂️
