I said no thank you, and then he offered me a ride for free. His offer began setting alarms off in my head, and so I took a closer look at the taxi and realised that the car didn’t actually have a taxi sign on it. It was the same colour and model as a typical taxi, but nothing to officially identify it as a taxi, so I think he was attempting to nab me. What do you think? Am I overthinking it? I’m contemplating reporting it to the police.
