Today is warmer than it looked. So glad I switched from my sweater for a walk but I am still dripping with sweat despite only being in leggings and a t-shirt I also had to stop more than usual because I was so warm. It’s not even that warm in terms of sunshine, but it’s muggy, stuffy and humid. My back is soaked Oh well, more calories burned 💪 Today was the first day I felt ok enough to exercise for a few weeks honestly. Proud of myself for pushing through. Time for a shower and to get ready for the last stream before my break 😃
