First woodland walk in ages today 😃 🍃 I completely messed up on my outfit though. It looked cold and grey but the sun came out and I was boiling. The sweaty (sweatshirt) was a bad idea. So was the earmuffs. Took the earmuffs off 15 minutes in and I couldn’t take the sweaty off because it was just a bra underneath. Regardless the walk was nice and I feel refreshed. Defo want to carry this on. I had stopped and gotten lazy but it really does help give me an endorphins boost. Considering my shit mental health recently, I need to push myself to exercise and go on these walks. They always put a smile on my face.
