Just a check in 😃 Chris came and got me right as I finished streaming Sunday to cheer me up. He took me to Five guys for burgers and fries, it was yum. Other than that we’ve started and been addicted to The Pathless over the last few days. Same creators who made Abzu. So playing it reminds me of shadow of the colossus, merged with a bit of breath of the wild, but in an upgraded Abzu art style. Combat is fun with your bow. You have an Eagle companion who helps you get to higher places, take out bosses, solve puzzles and more. Epic music score throughout, a sense of wonder, discovery and fun exploration. Lots of secrets, Easter eggs and more. The boss fights do actually remind me of a souls game with fazes. Sure they are not anywhere near as tough and have simple mechanics, but they are still grand in terms of scale, music, setting and the games story. Freaking awesome game so far, we’re loving it so much. Plus… BOW FOR DAYZZZZZZ Plenty of screenshots taken because this game is just so stunning visually.
