Trying to stay positive right now after yesterday's trip to ..

Trying to stay positive right now after yesterday's trip to see my physiotherapist... had some pain in my right pec for around 5 weeks now, suspected it was a mild strain so I was prescribed rehab exercises a few weeks ago and told to go a little lighter on my upper days but things have not been improving 🥺 I've now been advised to take a complete deload from training upper body for 10 days and hopefully it'll start to improve, but if not then we're potentially looking at pec tendonitis or worst case scenario, a torn pec 🥺 I'm really hoping it's not the latter as this may mean surgery and would affect my plans to compete next year but for now I'm trying not to stress it and hopefully the rest will do me some good!! please keep your fingers crossed for me, determined not to let anything stand in the way of my goals to compete 💖
