My recovery is going great, I've had a lovely couple of days with lots of walking in the sun, DBZ orchestra, cinema, eating a bit too much Asian food, and not going to the gym. I will get back to my normal routine starting tomorrow. Discipline is my key-word and I want to be ready and in shape for my next video.
