Especially since they see what portions I eat to be really full. Instead, I had a different situation recently. I was in the grocery shop buying my favourite snacks and other foods that weren't too healthy and I met a friend of mine in the shop. This person hadn't seen me for a couple of years and at first he wasn't sure if it was me. He said he wouldn't recognise me at all and kept looking at my body and my overflowing belly.🥵 I had no plans to meet anyone that day. I was dressed in such a way that a chunk of my belly was exposed and spilling out of my trousers. I think the person was really shocked because no one expected me to get so fat.🐷
