

Really really looking after my body at the moment and I think its finally paying off! Ive decided I think I have an intolerance to milk so I've cut dairy out and naturally ended up going vegan while already being a vegetarian! I have to say this is the best I have felt in a long time about and in my body, I though this time last month I loved and cared for my body but little did I know I could do so much more with the working out plus healthy meals im feeling like a new me!❤
