Life sometimes throws us a curve ball and we panic, which happened to me. I got diagnosed with pre kidney and liver failure. My A1C was extremely high and my kidneys were starting to shut down as well as high enzymes from my liver. if I do not change my diet, it can pose a very serious health risk to me. Now I'm better and my health scare is under control. I am now able to continue to hit the gym hard and stay in the condition we all come to love, including me... and at the same time being healthy about it. I will keep posting regularly for your pleasures throughout the week. I apologies for this flip flop and thank you very much for putting up with me.
