But it was nice to hang out with my brother there and just have fun in cosplay! But honestly it’s such a big event and sooooooo crowded it was overwhelming. Like parts were fun but other parts were very stressful, plans to cosplay with friends fell apart and I cried in a bathroom at one point haha!
I’m an introvert, so I really pushed myself out of my element just to go. I almost regretted it but then I had a lot of fun on day 3. I met a girl who had been following me and she was really sweet and encouraging! So I feel like I shouldn’t give up on events but I wanna be honest and say it’s so rough!!! And I didn’t go to any parties I was so tired just from the con itself. I don’t get how you extroverts do it lol!
You know what’s more fun than partying? Sleeping, that’s what!
Will I go back? Will I ever get a meet n greet? Well that’s up in the air.
If you are an introvert like me, I want you to know that we are cool bc we have lots of fun without the bells and whistles of parties and events, we make a night in a blast and that’s our super power, even if we really struggle in the kinds of situations that extroverts thrive in. I really love my daily life and just spending time with my cats and drawing, nothing at AX was more fun than that, except the Sonic x shadow Generations panel which was amazing!!!! (I’m cosplaying shadow here)
