As is the case each year, I've promised to loose weight... but knowing me, I'll probably continue to grow whether I like it or not. I'll be doing my annual butt measuring on Wednesday the 4th January, so this pathetic effort is my last 'Workout Wednesday' of the year. I don't suppose I lost any weight with the stupid thigh cruncher today but it's the thought that counts right?
