Ironically, there is a certain raw truth in something that's messy, blurred, and slightly confusing to the eye and likewise the mind. A crisp, clear image is nice to look at, but lacks mystery and depth by nature if what we see is what we get. Film muddles our reality because what we see is ultimately something different, warped, and teeming with a multitude of possibilities and interpretations. A thousand stories untold in a single image. A depth you wouldn't otherwise be able to explore if there was none at all to begin with... I still can't believe that I have this platform to unapologetically share my art, stories, theories, jokes, and entire self.
