Added 2023-04-05 18:00:33 +0000 UTCtook this video of me playing with my belly the other day 👼 aaaaall through my teens and up until just a few years ago, i was around ~230lbs (and glowed with pride any time i told guys because they were always mad we weighed the same or that i weighed more than them lmfao) - i had a major weight-loss followed by another weight gain followed by another major weight-loss (unfortunately all stress induced) that left me looking like LITERAL skin and bones - its why i started working out! I wanted to fill & firm up my loose bits with muscle - which it has!!! AND working out became a crucial part of managing my chronic pain! but something ive learned is that there will be parts of my body that will always hold remnants of that era, like my belly! I was playing around to see how far my skin on my belly shifts, and its kinda mesmerizing 🤩😍
