Added 2022-05-19 15:30:30 +0000 UTCa little dress up in the shop this morning - over the next week I’ll do a series of the antique/vintage robes in the shop this is a World War 2 silk kimono that was purchased in Japan during the war by a solider who sent it home to his partner back in the US. I have the original box it came in! This silk feels like liquid on your skin and although the photos here show otherwise, I hated taking it off. It also came with super rare souvenir silk lingerie (sold those out of my ship’s display window in the first week we opened the doors).
