Some of y'all have been with me since the beginning (2018) and you've stuck with me through all the highs and lows (lots of lows). Some of y'all are new and wondering wtf I'm talking about. Either way, THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE!!!! I hope we have mostly have highs ahead of us, and we have a strong support system to help carry us through the lows. One of the most important lessons I've learned over the last few years is how important community is to our physical, mental, and collective health. None of us can do it alone. We need others more than we've been led to believe in western society. The human species is an interdependent ecosystem of it's own as well as a member of the greater natural ecosystem on earth. Relationships are the building blocks of community. Without strong, healthy relationships, the whole thing crumbles. We are the people we surround ourselves with. Exchanging energy with others has an impact on each party. Sometimes, we have to let go of relationships that aren't having an mutually positive impact on each person. It may be very difficult sometimes to do so, but it's for the greater good of each person and the community as a whole. And our relationships with others are ultimately a reflection of our relationships with ourselves. As cliche as it may be, it's true. When we heal ourselves, we heal the wold. I wish everyone the best on their healing journey, inside and outside. We all have an impact on the world around us. We all matter. I hope we're all able to internalize and project that message onto others. Be well, pervs.
