



And so begins the start of my weightloss journey. I am at a healthy weight dont get me wrong. I look bigger than I am because I have a lot of loose skin. BUT these days I'm feeling a bit weak, a bit too squishy. I have a sugar craving I've gotta kick! So every Thursday will be tone it up Thursday. I'll post workouts i do, I'll post progress pictures and I'll post my weight. My goal is to lose 10 pounds and gain some muscle :) accountability time!
