Preparing meal 5 (having 6 meals today). Today is a low carb..

Preparing meal 5 (having 6 meals today). Today is a low carb day. I have most of my carbs around training time (pre and post). I also increase my fats intake on my low carbs day to keep me satiated.

As of now, we are 12 weeks out, so my fat intake is still relatively “high”, but as we get closer, my fats intake go down even on the low carbs day. How do I stay satiated then? I don’t! Lol jokes aside-> I increase my water intake and veggies.
