When patients receive at home care, they need visits from medial staff on a regular basis and this is one of those cases. As physician on call, I find it important to make sure that I personally introduce any of my new nursing staff to our patients & orient them on charts; as well as, answer any questions patient or staff may have during orientation. I make sure it's a seamless transition for all involved subsequently. What makes my level of medical care for my practice different than most at home medical practices is that I include and thus practice a more provocative approach to helping my patients get on the road to a speedy recovery. I believe in positive reinforcement of the patient's physical senses such as touch, hearing, smell and sight.
