This was my first time visiting Central America. I had never been to this part of the world before. I was excited but a little scared. Gladly I wasn’t alone most of the time, I traveled with my friends @mischagoeswild @marleymathers @petitemma_ @friskyfaerie and met new girls who I was so happy to see @parisbush @imgloriouss. I couldn’t be more grateful to have such a supportive group to be a part of. I was sick during this trip so I wasn’t able to do a lot of the activities I had originally planned but I feel like this is a great excuse for me to come back one day to explore more and take my time to get to know this country and its amazing people. My experience was different from what I’m used to traveling. I usually travel alone and don’t do much work. I dedicate my time to deeply immersing myself in new cultures and environments. This trip I focused more on creating content for socials and building relationships with friends. Working online can be very lonely without a real community, so we are successfully building one ☺️
Together we went to the beach to swim in the warm Caribbean Sea, ate out almost every day, went to nice local places trying new food. (Not a big fan of the palm oil flavor, but the food was delicious! haha) We tried horse riding (please don't be weird about it!) We traveled 3 times to different parts of the country through floods and landslides caused by a tropical cyclone! it was fun but scary, Marley was our hero, driving the truck in all these conditions! We went to a local pub to dance and sing karaoke one of the nights. I loved it! We saw many sunrises together and it was really hard to say goodbye 💕
