

Whatโs your favorite day in the gym? ๐ I always look forward to the days when I train my lower body โ I love the feeling when my legs โburnโ after the workout! ๐ But when Iโm not feeling super motivated or just in a lazy mood, I adjust my training to focus on the upper body โ somehow it feels a bit easier to manage. ๐ช
